Role Description
Ricoh is currently looking for career-oriented individual to coordinate on a daily basis with outside contractors and in-house services performing a wide variety of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of the building grounds. The Facilities Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to support the building and Division's daily operations such as office services including mail, courier, duplication and security.
RESPONSIBLILTIES
- Provide back-up coverage to the Workplace Experience Coordinator , including but not limited to:
- Monitor and respond to client comments in the 8200 Warden Slack channel
- Process Tririga service requests and distribute/direct work orders to CBRE or third-party vendors
- Manage the client/customer service counter and respond to in-person inquiries
- Oversee the loan pool of available laptop products
- Manage and process workstation furniture key requests; refile returned keys <...
