Role Overview
The Facility Manager – Soft Services is responsible for the management, delivery, and continuous improvement of all soft services within the office environment, ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality workplace experience. This role focuses on vendor management, service quality, SLA compliance, and employee satisfaction , ensuring that all non-technical facility services operate smoothly and meet business expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full scope of soft services operations , ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with company standards.
