The job
- Perform routine and emergency repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Perform inspections on buildings, equipment, and systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) to ensure safe, efficient, and optimal facility operations.
- Assist in minimizing downtime through proactive upkeep and timely issue resolution.
- Diagnose faults, repair machinery, maintain records, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
