Role Description
Incumbent is responsible for administering the overall daily operations of the Facility Operations Department and responsible for correct, efficient and safe operation of all San Felipe Casino facility systems. Incumbent will assist in developing and implements procedures, budget, goals and objectives for the Facility Operations department. Supervise, mentor and coach all subordinates as leader. Incumbent must participate in achieving casino safety goals. TYPICAL FUNCTIONS Provide overall administration of the day-to-day affairs of the Facility Operations Department. Supervise assigned staff, regular and part-time, planning, organizing, and directing work activities, participating in hiring; conducting orientation and training; preparing performance evaluations and recommending disciplinary action.
