Factory Design and Layout Senior Engineer

Core Responsibilities

• Build knowledge and logistic flow understanding to develop results such as the improvement of production layouts, factory design, and documentation.
• Ensure coherence and collaboration across factory platforms within MD&I and within Operations, understanding the E2E flows in general.
• Build relationships with all key collaborators both onsite and globally.
• Proactively support production layout updates and ensure that LEGO is following the global standardization agenda.
• Collaborate with all technology platforms in R&D areas to secure the latest versions are incorporated into standards.
• Responsible for global involvement and alignment within your own area of responsibility and compliance with LEGO requirements and standards.
• Identify risks and opportunities in functional areas and in general.
