Eaton's Aerospace Fuel & Electrical Distribution (FED) Division is seeking a Factory Manager to join the Tijuana Plant.Relocation assistance is available from within Mexico.
**What you'll do**:This position will be responsible of leading operations at the Tijuana Plant with all the activities related to a Factory Manager for all existing products and processes on those lines.This position is responsible for overall management of a manufacturing cell lines.Overall responsibility for leading manufacturing team in achieving production schedule, product quality, product cost, customer satisfaction, financial measures and employee safety and employee engagement.Coordinates with all functional and service groups to meet customer requirements.Drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals.Leverages resources and motivates personnel to create high performance culture.
