Job Description
- Leads & coordinates all activities of analysis technicians necessary to support the fulfillment of the production schedule of the VS, taking care about safety & product quality requirements as per control plan
- On the production analysis areas supervises staff; organizes and monitors workflow, assuring standards follow up.
- Supports the fulfillment of production plan by scheduling and assigning analysis personnel, accomplish work results, establish priorities, monitors progress, revises schedule, resolves escalated problems.
- Ensures the adherence to the following Key Analysis areas standards: 1) Early Warning system 2) DRS systematic 3) Active lot release 4) Scrap reporting and controlling 5) Selective test execution and/or verification per Control Plan 6) 6Ss and TPM on Equipment and tooling of analysis areas. All these standards with the purpose of meeting delivery and quality metrics.
