Starting Rate of Pay: $19.54/hr CAD • Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Welcome, check-in and check-out guests
- Promptly and pleasantly handle phone calls and guest messages
- Efficiently handle all guest queries and requests
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Maintain company issued float and ensure accurate balance postings for each shift
- Ensure that the Front Desk is appropriately supplied and stocked at all times
Qualifications
- Related work experience in the hospitality/front office
- Customer service experience required
