Farm Labourer

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Farm Labourer to assist with daily agricultural operations. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, crop maintenance, and general farm duties to support efficient production and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant, cultivate, irrigate, and harvest crops.

Apply fertilizers and assist with crop spraying under supervision.

Perform manual tasks such as weeding, hoeing between rows, and removing debris.

Sort and pack harvested produce according to quality standards.

Load, unload, and transfer farm products and materials.

Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely.

Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.

Follow farm safety, sanitation, and bio-security procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous farm experience is an asset but not required.
