Role Description
Natural Resource Solutions Inc. (NRSI) is a high‑quality, cost‑effective natural environment consulting firm with offices in Waterloo, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta. We provide expertise in the identification and management of significant and sensitive natural species and their habitats.
Responsibilities
- Leading or assisting with field surveys for vegetation, birds, herpetofauna, bats, wetlands, among others
- Taking well‑organized and detailed field notes
- Communicating frequently with project managers, other field staff, and clients
- Assisting with office‑related tasks such as data management and data analysis
Education
- A diploma or degree in Biology or Environmental Sciences (similar educational experience will also be considered)
Key Job Requirements
- A valid driver's license and over 21 years old in order to drive a rental or company vehicle
