Overview:
The Field Data Collection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field data collection activities, coordinating field teams, and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of data to internal stakeholders. This role acts as the central coordination point between field staff, Engineering, and Quality teams, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Team & Field Coordination
· Supervise and support Field Data Collectors during daily operations
· Coordinate which trains and routes field staff are assigned to each day
· Act as the primary point of contact for field-related questions and issue resolution
· Ensure coverage for weekday and weekend shifts as required

· Collect, consolidate, and validate all field data submissions
