Role Description
Job Summary:
In this position, you will lead a team to manage cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, forecasting, and planning/scheduling activities for a project that requires technical skill and expertise. You will provide leadership, oversight, guidance, training, and mentoring to your team on key project procedures and risk management to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Major Responsibilities:
Managing cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, and planning/scheduling activities for a large, complex project, or for discipline/project/proposal estimating or staff planning activities that requires a high degree of technical skill and experience.
Developing the preparation and presentation of project/program estimates and cost forecasts.
Identifying and providing innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems.
Reviewing Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, ...
