**The Field Sales Manager** acts as MCBC's on the ground representative in the territory and is accountable for meeting/exceeding sales volume, by helping the distributor execute against the agreed Annual Operating plan. The role acts as a day-to-day contact point for the distributor and works with their sales team to help them execute agreed Commercial Excellence programs such as merchandising and visibility programs as well as with the marketing team on the development of promotional activities. The role also ensures that we execute against our MCBS Export Playbook and that our partner submits to us our monthly report which includes the agreed key operational data.

Travel: Approximately 65% travel is associated with this position.
