Field Service Engineer – Radiology (Ontario)

The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct on‑site service, including preventive maintenance, emergency service, and installation support for Bayer radiology equipment throughout Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations at customer sites using approved Bayer procedures and documentation.
• Utilize resources to troubleshoot and repair technical and complex equipment.
• Organize personal daily work schedule and coordinate with territory teammates to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain and reorder mobile inventory to maximize equipment uptime while ensuring quality work and minimizing failures.
• Generate service revenue through promotion of service programs and billable services; prepare and develop service quotes in collaboration with inside‑sales teammates.
