Field Service Superintendent - Energy Power Plant

What will you be doing?

As a Field Service Superintendent – Energy, you will lead and execute complex mechanical field service activities according to the agreed work plan. This includes major repairs, overhauls, and troubleshooting of reciprocating internal combustion engines (RICE) and their auxiliary systems at customer power plants.

You will act as the senior technical authority on-site, taking ownership of mechanical execution, technical decision‑making, and customer‑facing discussions. In addition, you will support New Build and Commissioning teams, contribute to technical reporting and analysis, and ensure that all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with Wärtsilä quality standards.

This position reports to the Field Service Coordinator – Energy.
