Role Description
Become a field technician focusing on roofing and waterproofing systems. Provide expert technical support, training, and installation evaluations to ensure client success.
In this role, you'll leverage 3-5 years of roofing experience to assist with installations and application issues in the field. Provide critical training and technical guidance to clients, while also managing warranty project requirements. Ensure that installations meet company standards and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support technical operations at job sites
• Train clients on installation of roofing systems
• Evaluate installation processes for quality assurance
• Track and document visits for warranty compliance
• Communicate with sales and technical departments
Requirements:
• 3-5 years roofing installation experience
• Clean driving record with valid license
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Red Seal Journeyman Roofer/Waterproofer is a plus
