Field Technician / Waterproofing Foreman

Shield Foundation Repair, Edmonton’s premier foundation repair contractor, is looking for a Field Technician to join our team of foundation repair professionals. Make no mistake, this is a professional, intermediate position in charge of crew oversight and management. We’re looking for career-minded individuals with a solid construction background and at least three years’ experience on site who aspire to do a job the right way, the first time. The position will involve regular customer communication as well as daily interaction with Shield senior staff in the field and in-office. The Waterproofing Foreman is an integral part of the field team and carries out foundation repair and waterproofing processes by the direction, policies and objectives set by the Field Operations Team and Site Superintendent.
