Field Trainer & Work Methods Specialist

Our Operations group is currently looking to add a Field Trainer & Work Methods Specialist to our growing team, based in Edmonton, AB.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, we are seeking an experienced and hands‑on training professional with a background in powerline construction to develop, implement, and enhance work methods and training programs across Valard’s Distribution, Transmission, and Substations business units. This role ensures operational teams have the knowledge, skills, and tools required to perform their work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.

Please Note: This position requires regular travel across Canada to deliver field and classroom training sessions.
