Role Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support in cost accounting activities for assigned manufacturing plants
Prepare and analyze financial reports related to manufacturing performance
Support internal stakeholders including Finance, Operations, and Leadership teams
Monitor and control inventory processes and financial accuracy
Analyze cost variances and operational performance metrics
Support decision‐making through financial insights and data analysis
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Participate in budgeting and forecasting for production areas
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience
2–4 years of experience in similar roles.
