Your expertise in accounting will play a vital role in managing reconciliations and providing direction during audits. Collaborate with senior management and foster a culture of continuous improvement in financial practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct day-to-day operations of the Finance team
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements
• Implement and maintain internal control processes
• Address risks in financial and regulatory reporting
• Lead projects for improving the financial reporting process
Requirements:
• 7+ years accounting experience in reinsurance
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
