Take charge of IFRS 17 insurance processes as a Finance Manager for our Banking client in Mississauga. This hybrid role emphasizes process optimization and strategic stakeholder management.
Procom is seeking a Finance Manager for a 12-month contract that blends onsite and remote work. This position focuses on transforming financial processes related to IFRS 17. You'll act as a business partner while guiding enhancements to policies, metrics, and systems integration for better financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner across financial accounting and performance management
• Own IFRS 17 processes and day 2 enhancements
• Collaborate with IT and Actuarial teams on optimizations
• Lead stakeholder management and program delivery
• Enhance accounting policies, metrics, and disclosures
Requirements:
• Professional accounting or actuarial designation required
• 3–7+ years in insurance finance transformation
