The Lac La Ronge Indian Band’s Finance & Administration Department is now accepting applications to fill the full‑time term position of Finance Officer based in La Ronge, SK. The Finance Officer reports to the Director of Finance & Administration and is responsible for the organization and maintenance of the department’s financial and accounting systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide financial information from the computerized accounting system.
• Generate monthly variance financial statements, general ledger data, and monthly student pay‑lists.
• Process transactions in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Administer and monitor the financial activities for band programs as required.
• Familiarize with reporting to various funding agencies.
