Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and hands‑on Finance & Accounting Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our finance operations across our Colombian subsidiary and the U.S. parent company. This high‑impact role ensures integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our financial operations across jurisdictions (Colombia and U.S.), ensuring accounting & tax compliance, robust reporting, procurement and cost control.

What You Will Do

• Lead the accounting operations of the assigned company(ies) within the Group, ensuring financial transactions' accuracy and compliance, as well as the proper maintenance and safeguarding of supporting documentation and working papers.
• Coordinate with the corresponding teams to ensure the proper and timely recording of sales invoices, accounts payable, payroll, T&E; expenses, amortization, depreciation, and other relevant transactions.
