Responsibilities

• Cleanup, auditing & Troubleshooting of Books Pending the Issue
• Complete Reporting & Financial Reviews for Clients with no errors
• Prepare Sales, Use & Excise Tax Returns in Multiple States with no errors
• Reconcile Sales, Use & Excise Tax Liabilities
• Prep Payroll Reporting and Ensure Accuracy
• Review more Complicated Financials and Ensure Accuracy
• Prepare more Complicated Financial Statements and Distribute to Client
• Overcommunicate with the team and clients on pertinent information
• Look for red flags when appropriate to ensure fraud protection for clients
• Keeping support documentation and information of clients comments, notes and processes
