Role Description
What you'll do:
+ Perform analysis in relation to potential acquisitions, partnerships, strategic projects and other investment initiatives and their impact on value creation and various financial metrics
+ Develop knowledge in and be the subject matter expert for Total Shareholder Return (TSR), valuation and performance metrics for CTC and peer group
+ Monitor and update the Total Shareholder Return model to support decision making
+ Work with business units and other corporate groups (CPG, Treasury, Strategy, Corporate Development, FP&A, and other Finance departments) to consolidate the financials and summarize performance metrics of business opportunities/mergers/acquisitions into meaningful analysis
+ Support in refining the framework for estimating enterprise-level hurdle rates and periodically run the estimation of hurdle rates and impairment WACC relevant to the business
