Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst in the AOC & Productivity Team, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and operational efficiency across the NAM region. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional partners—including Plant Controllers, FP&A, and Productivity Leads—to deliver insights that shape business decisions.

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Support month‑end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting
• Contribute to productivity tracking, reporting, and performance analysis across sites
