Role Description
What you'll do
The Financial Analyst, Real Estate FP&A position will support forecasting, budgeting, planning and month-end related tasks for Real Estate operating expenses across 1700+ store locations and corporate offices. This role partners closely with Real Estate Construction and Asset Management teams to identify any strategic opportunities and risks within the Real Estate portfolio.
+ Deliver, design and maintain monthly financial reporting packages to internal stakeholders including Corporate Planning Group, Real Estate, accounting and other FP&A teams
+ Work closely with Real Estate and Accounting to identify OpEx variances, provide analysis, commentary, and identify risks and opportunities to support decision making
+ Partner closely with stakeholders to prepare P&L and Balance Sheet projections, forecasts, and budgets to ensure business assumptions are accurately reflected
