As a Financial Controller, you play a key role in advising management on financial strategies and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will supervise a skilled team while managing the integrity of financial reporting and audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and validate monthly and annual financial reports
• Analyze variances between budget and actual performance
• Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Participate in the annual budget development
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is essential
• CPA designation is an important advantage
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Bilingual proficiency for financial presentations
