Overview

Our direct client is looking to bring on a Hands-on Financial Controller for a new position, full-time direct hire in Mississauga, ON, Canada. This role combines cost accounting, controller, and accounting manager responsibilities.

• Onsite Monday – Friday
• Salary $135k - $160k + RSU

Must Have Experience

• Strong Background in Cost Accounting
• Startup experience
• Experience in Manufacturing environment
• Life sciences Industry OR FOOD FDA Raw materials experience with either pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostic and IVD
• Part of an ERP implementation

Experience in building a manufacturing cost accounting function from the ground up is highly preferred.
