Position Overview

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning process. Develop detailed revenue, margin and cost across channels and stores.

· Support to consolidate financial results, prepare regular management reports, trend & variance analysis for management team, communicate with multiple Business Partners to draw insight and provide recommendations.

· Support and analyze marketing expense spending by quarter by spending type at HMT level.

· Provide financial evaluation for new stores, store closures, renovations, and capex projects.

· Support business cases, ROI analysis, and investment proposals.

· Analyze existing processes, identify improvement / standardization opportunities with emphasis on efficient improvement with sufficient control.

· Other ad-hoc work as required.
