Financial Specialist

Job Title: Finance Specialist / AccountantLocation: São Paulo, BrazilRole Summary:Manage daily financial operations, ensure local compliance, and support reporting to headquarters. Experience with Chinese companies or knowledge of Chinese language is a strong plus.Key Responsibilities:Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and tax filings (Brazilian tax system).Prepare monthly financial reports and support internal audits.Coordinate with cross-border teams on budgeting and payment schedules.Ensure compliance with local statutory and corporate policies.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.2–5 years of finance/accounting experience in Brazil.Knowledge of Brazilian tax laws and accounting standards (BR GAAP).Preferred: Prior experience with a Chinese company in Brazil.Preferred: Basic or intermediate Chinese language skills (Mandarin) – a clear advantage.Proficiency in English and Portuguese; ERP system experience is a plus.
