This role is ideal for someone with experience in internal finishes from 1st fix to completion. The successful candidate will be key in managing subcontractors and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations effectively
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality work
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct quality assurance inspections throughout phases
Requirements:
• Current CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications
• Proficient communication skills with a proactive mindset
• Experience in Timber Frame or Traditional builds
