Fire Service Sales Manager

Overview

The Johnson Controls Fire Service Sales Manager leads the Life Safety Service sales team in one of our field offices. The role focuses on creating revenue growth, expanding service bookings in fire alarm, security, fire sprinkler, and fire suppression, and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans for fire safety services to achieve growth in bookings and revenue.
• Expand legacy customer relationships and increase wallet share within assigned accounts.
• Identify and pursue new service opportunities beyond current solutions in the assigned district or branch territory.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities of the sales team to meet or exceed customer, employee, and sales goals.
• Partner with Area Sales and General Managers to develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and set pricing.
