This role involves close monitoring of tractor operations, awareness of fire hazards, and effective communication with operators and supervisors. Ideal candidates will possess map-reading skills and a keen ability to manage pressure effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor mowing operations for fire hazards and unsafe conditions
• Support tractor operation with a 15’ offset batwing mower
• Maintain awareness of field and roadside conditions
• Read and navigate using rural maps and route layouts
