Under the Director of Human Resources, this role is essential for ensuring all construction activities adhere to safety regulations. You will develop safety policies, conduct thorough inspections, and perform risk assessments to safeguard worker health. Moreover, you will manage the fleet to optimize compliance, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and update health and safety policies for sites
• Perform site inspections and develop corrective action reports
• Conduct health and safety training for all personnel
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with provincial safety regulations
