Fleet Efficiency Engineer

We are currently supporting a leading international maritime company in the search for a Fleet Efficiency Engineer to join their technical and sustainability team.

Working closely with technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders, you will play a key role in analysing vessel performance data, identifying fuel-saving opportunities, supporting environmental initiatives, and driving continuous improvements in fleet efficiency.

The role:

• Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and emissions data, ensuring reporting remains accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Analyse vessel performance trends and identify opportunities to improve fuel efficiency and environmental performance.
