Fleet Telematics Support Specialist

A BPO GROUP is seeking a Technical Support professional in Colombia for their growing telematics solutions company. This role demands strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Job responsibilities include verifying installations, providing client support for GPS and other services, and maintaining communication during the installation process. Candidates should have a technical background with at least a B2 level in English.

Knowledge in video surveillance and experience with GPS tracking platforms will be considered an advantage.
