Foam in Place Manufacturing Engineer

• Provide support for new equipment, ensuring it is handed over to maintenance and production with all necessary operating information.
• Train the support or maintenance team on these new technologies.
• Document changes and improvements made by the controls team.
• Support the maintenance team in troubleshooting foaming system failures and implementing equipment (machine) changes.
• Train the maintenance team to improve and develop their skills.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions for operational/foaming problems on production equipment.
• Enable and/or modify installed and/or in-process error proofing systems.
• Comply with Inteva's safety standards.
• Develop foaming processes, implement a control system to keep PLC programs archived and updated.
