Food and Beverage Director

Kerry Robert Associates is delighted to recruit a Food & Beverage Director for a luxury hotel located in the historic part of Hamburg, Germany. It is part of one of the fastest expanding hotel groups in Europe. The hotel has over 200 bedrooms, a luxury spa, a restaurant, meetings and events rooms. Food and Beverage is a central part of the guest journey, making this a pivotal role within the senior management team. The Food & Beverage Director is the senior-most leader responsible for the full strategic, commercial, operational, and financial performance of the hotels entire Food & Beverage division. This role carries full decision-making authority regarding F&B performance, organisational structure, product direction, budgeting, investment planning, and the development of senior leaders within the division.
