Food & Beverage Shift Manager

Position Summary

River Rock Casino Resort is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Shift Manager, Food & Beverage. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day activities of the Food and Beverage operation(s) or Bar Operations on a shift basis while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and directing of F&B operations, ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures, maintaining food and beverage labour costs, sources out new products and services, motivates and leads by example and provides a learning environment. The Duty Manager, Food & Beverage also develops Performance Objectives and delivers Performance Evaluations for direct reports and assists with the implementation all new F&B or Bar Operations projects.
