Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor – Spring/Summer 2026

Full‑time seasonal role.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional Food & Beverage experience.
• Actively participate in the daily Food & Beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties – all with the best office view you could ask for!
• Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions. Preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
• Act as the direct line of support in handling any service‑related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution. Escalating as required.
• Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized.
