Position Summary: To oversee all staff and service in the Food and Beverage outlets. To ensure that the highest level of service is provided at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Carry out standards and procedures

Monitor staff arrival & departure

Assist servers during peek hours

Supervise D.R. setup

Responsible for group billing

All opening and closing duties

Ability to resolve guest and team member complaints

Extensive Food and Wine Knowledge

To ensure all opening and closing procedures are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures
