We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to establish methods to meet work schedules, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and supervise kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish methods to meet work schedules

• Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Compensation and Benefits

• Wage: $23.00 per hour
