Food Service Supervisor

Wendy’s (Kelowna – Harvey Avenue) is looking for ten (10) Full-Time Food Service Supervisors (NOC 62020). This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, $18.27 per hour, with extended health benefits after 3 months of working. We offer year-round and seasonal positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customer’s complaints and concerns
• As necessary, perform duties of the workers supervised positions
