Foot Care Practitioner - RPN
Position Status: Casual Vacancy (not a contracted position)
Salary Range:
Schedule: Day shifts (9:00am-5:00pm)
Location: Hallowell House
Reports to: Operations Manager
The AFCN RPN plays a pivotal role in enriching the lives of residents by supporting the LTC Home in the administration of treatments and assessments. The Foot Care Practitioner will have the opportunity to provide routine foot care nursing services to residents and clients within the portfolio.
This position actively participates in all multidisciplinary meetings to ensure excellence in resident care and uphold the quality of nursing practice in accordance with the following standards:
- College of Nurses of Ontario Standards
- Long-Term Care Standards
- Southbridge Care Homes Standards
