Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000
Foreman Duties & Responsibilities
Pre-Construction Management
- Work with the Project Manager to develop and maintain a master project schedule with input from subcontractors.
- Assess commissioning and O&M requirements for the master project schedule.
- Develop Health, Safety and Environmental Plan.
- Review contracts with the Project Manager to ensure scope of work and schedules are accurate and feasible.
- Notify Equipment Management Team of requirements for the project.
- Assist with selection of trade subcontractors.
- Conduct constructability reviews to bring value to the construction execution stage.
