Foreman – Landscape Construction

Job Description

Urban Life Solutions is looking for a skilled Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews of up to 4 people on construction projects while also supporting our snow and ice management operations through the winter season. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone experienced in both landscape construction and equipment operation. The right candidate will be comfortable working outdoors year‑round, directing crews, and ensuring projects and winter operations run smoothly and safely. This position is hands on; you will be required to work alongside your crew on the projects that are being completed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews on landscape construction projects (hardscape, softscape, grading, planting)
• Operate skid steers and other equipment for both construction and snow removal
