Clark Builders is hiring a Foreman for a large project in Vernon. The Foreman will supervise trade employees assigned to a particular construction discipline or work area.
Reporting To
Superintendent
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning work schedule(s) and determining and maintaining workforce requirements, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Clark Builders safety policies and procedures.
- Identify hazards and correct any unsafe conditions.
- Lead QA/QC checks and inspections.
- Lead site‑specific orientations and tailgate meetings.
- Draft and submit RFIs.
- Assume control of the site if the Superintendent is off site.
- Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner.
- Adhere to Clark Builders policies and procedures.
