Role Description
Job Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, store, and issue raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products
Ensure accurate inventory records and update stock data in ERP/WMS systems in a timely manner
Perform regular stock counts, including cycle counts and full physical inventory checks
Supervise loading and unloading activities to ensure goods are handled safely and without damage
Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory control principles
Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely material supply to production lines
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards within the warehouse area
Verify product labels, specifications, and quantities against order requirements
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and stock variances
Ensure all warehouse operations comply with safety, quality, and company procedures
