Job Overview

As a Junior Formulator, you will plan, organize, and execute experimental work, analyze results, and draw clear, data‑driven conclusions. You will actively contribute to the development, optimization, and adaptation of new and existing products. You will also provide technical support throughout product lifecycle activities, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all PPG safety protocols and encourage a broad safety culture in a laboratory work environment.
• Organize, accurately carry out, and draw conclusions from lab experiments following discussion with supervisors.
• Ensure all experimental work is recorded in appropriate lab notebooks, databases and project reports.
